They did an excellent job getting our car ready for the winter! Detailed breakdown of the services they were suggesting, fair and honest pricing, and they loaned us a car for a couple days while they worked on it. Highly recommended!!

Everyone was very nice and the work they did was explained to me without making me feel like I needed to be a mechanic to understand. Also, they got my car done very quickly.

We feel so lucky to have found the best auto body shop in Eau Claire! We’ve trusted Olson with our vehicle maintenance and repairs for over 6 years, and they have been consistently exceptional. Their care, attention to detail, and honesty truly set them apart. Kerry is always a pleasure to communicate with and somehow makes car-related issues feel stress-free. The entire team is incredibly skilled and goes above and beyond every time. They’ve helped us through just about every car problem imaginable over the years, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Olson!

Visiting from out of town, my sister's vehicle broke down. Olson's helped with suggestions for towing, plus they were able to get her vehicle in, diagnosed and repaired and serviced within a day from receiving the vehicle. My sister is pleased with Olson's service and care for her car. She expected it to take longer and cost more than it actually did. Thank you Olson's for your continued great care.

I will never go to GMC ever again. This place blows any dealership out of the water. Hassle free & FREE loaner, outstanding service, prices are great and my vehicle was in and out in a few hours. GMC had it for 4 days with no updates. Outstanding job Olsons auto I will now be a regular and returning customer. Huge shoutout to Zach for the kind and professional service!
